You should aim to do something 'active' every day even if it's just for 10 minutes! This will help your physical and mental health, particularly if you are struggling with being in a 'lockdown'. The Google Classroom has plenty of suggestions for how you can get active, whether you are stuck indoors or can get out and about.

Active websites to check out-

Here are some weblinks to sites to get you moving and busy at home- check these out when you have 'options' timetabled, or even when you are just stuck for something to do!

This week-

An overview of each week will be available for you to see what will be posted to your Google Classroom!
